JLA: Earth 2 was a bargain find from Great Expectations in Horncastle (horrendously outdated website) for £4 one Sunday afternoon wander.
It’s a story about two opposing worlds (alternate dimensions), one the usual Justice League of America are the heroes and one where they have differently named alter-egos who form the bad guys in the “Crime Syndicate”.
It’s an easy read from the early 2000s with a light hearted story line and colourful artwork. It’s not a classic but I did enjoy the read and it has provoked my interest in the Justice League. I’ve not enjoyed many Superman stories so far as those I’ve read have tended to be a little too colourful and out of this world for my tastes but this along with the Justice League: Doom have made me want to read/watch other stories with these characters.
